About Your Host
Helena Guglielmino is the author of Urban Trails: Reno, a hiking guide that features 42 hikes around Reno/Sparks. She is the Outdoor Columnist for Reno News & Review and has been published in Save the Redwood League, Outdoors Unlimited, Outdoors.com, the Dirtbag Therapy Podcast, and more. She spends most of her time exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Northern Nevada, pausing at peaks and passes to seek creativity.
